Draper Tools Ltd is a British distributor of tools for professional and domestic use, based in Chandler's Ford Hampshire, England.

 

The company, originally known as B. Draper and Sons Ltd was founded in 1919 by Bert Draper who at the time was trading government surplus and tools in the Kingston Upon Thames’ markets. Drapers remains a quality engineers merchant and tool wholesaler, selling popular brands such as Elliott Lucas, Britool, King Dick e.t.c.

 

For years, the company has been run as a family business and has remained under the management of the Draper family. The company is currently run by Bert’s grandson Norman and its current location in Chandler’s Ford has since grown to a size of 535,000sq.ft making it the largest stock of tools in one place in the UK.
